GLOCK's Dream Boy

In 2020 GLOCK’s Dream Boy and Hans Peter Minderhoud participated at the Dutch Championships – winning silver for the third consecutive year – and were placed 6th in the WC Dressage of Jumping Amsterdam. The combination is aiming for the postponed Olympic Games of Tokyo 2021 as well as the EC Dressage in Hagen at the end of the summer.

A good year for GLOCK's Dream Boy

Although it was sportingly calmer due to the Corona pandemic, 2020 was a good year for GLOCK’s Dream Boy in breeding. His zon Monte Carlo TC (ds.United) was named premiumstallion at the KWPN Stallionshow, was sold to Blue Hors stud and became reserve-champion of the KWPN-performancetest with 88 points. His daughter Mana Charta (ds.Sir Oldenburg) was crowned champion of the three year old dressagemares at the KWPN National Mareshow. From the same year Dynamic Dream (mv.Sir Donnerhall I) moved to Andreas Helgstrand for a record amount of € 1,9 million after being proclaimed champion of the Westphalian stallionapprovals in 2019.

GLOCK’s Dream Boy belongs to the top of the world for the several years. He proved that by winning the World Cup qualifier in Mechelen, by competing at the World Cup Finals in 2019 and winning team-silver at the World- and European Championships in 2018 and 2019

14 approved sons

In Europa 14 sons of GLOCK’s Dream Boy are approved by several studbooks. His popularity increases among dressagebreeders worldwide. In sport his progeny breaks through at the higher levels. Thanks to the outstanding achievements of his progeny, the breeding value dressage of GLOCK’s Dream Boy is 145 (reliability 87%). The breeding-values for conformation and movement are also extremely high (respectively 113 and 116).

Pedigree

GLOCK’s Dream Boy is one of the best approved sons of proven sire Vivaldi, who has more than 60 approved sons and with grand- and greatgrandsons he develops his own stallion-line worldwide. Vivaldi can be found in the top of the world-ranking for proven dressage sires.

Elite prestatie-mare Resia produced besides GLOCK’s Dream Boy the horses Wanted (by San Remo) and Holland TC (by Charmeur) both competing at Prix St George-level. Her grandson Hummer (by Charmeur) competes at Prix St George-level also and participated at the EC for Young Riders in 2020. Resia is by the Olympic stallion and proven sire Ferro. The damline of GLOCK’s Dream Boy produced multiple-champion Kremlin MD (by Governor) and many successful dressagehorses.
