Performance report

Rock and Roll has been approved by the KWPN with a good performance report. This year there are no figures in the report. The research report is as follows:

Rock and Roll is a sympathetic and balanced stallion who does his work with great dedication. The step is in the four-beat, with more than sufficient overstep and good use of the body. The trot is well connected from the hind leg. The stallion has balance and self-carriage, but could be a little more resolute. The canter has a good three-beat, the hind leg jumps under and makes an uphill silhouette. In all three basic gaits the stallion shows good leg technique and flexibility in every step. The stallion shows good posture and balance. Rock and Roll has shown a very proportionate performance.

Exterior

Rock and Roll is a purebred stallion with broad lines. He has a striking head with a very well-shaped neck. This is also reflected in the movement under the saddle. The shoulder has more than sufficient length and position. The withers are long, the back is soft and the loins are somewhat poorly muscled. The croup has good shape and position. The foreleg and hindleg are well developed and correctly positioned. The pasterns are long and correctly positioned. The hooves are well developed, the heels are slightly pushed back.

Pedigree

His father Bordeaux is awarded preferent due to his strong hereditary qualities. The son of United was champion at the KWPN stallion inspection, successful in the sport at the highest level and is bred from the dressage lineage of De Baey, known for Rubinstein, Amon, Ahlerich and Rembrandt.

His mother Jade-Sarina has two preferent parents, the Grand Prix stallion Wynton and NMK reserve champion Sarina. She is also grandmother of the stallion Blue Hors Kingston (by Toto jr.). Sarina is a daughter of Flemmingh. The elite mare competed in the sport in the Z2 class and achieved high marks in the IBOP with a 9 for her trotting. Her mother is a half-sister of the stallion Transvaal and bred from the well-known Karla line that has produced many sport horses.
